Year 10 Pupils will be sitting Pre Public Examinations (PPE’s or mocks) during the week beginning 10th December. These exams will take place in the drama hall to mimic real GCSE exams and give pupils an opportunity to experience the exams process. Pupils with exam access arrangements will sit their exams in a different room and their access arrangements will be catered for.
Teachers will be informing pupils of the topics they need to focus their revision on. Please encourage your child(ren) to speak to their teachers and ask them which topics they need to focus on if they are not sure.
We are aware that all pupils revise differently, here are websites with great advice and the attached summaries have been created to help. I found using mind maps and flash cards really helpful when I was sitting my exams.

The Campus and students will be following JCQ examination conditions, this means mobile phones and smartwatches will not be allowed on them during exams. They will need to be switched off and in their bags. If any students are found with a mobile phone or smartwatch during an examination, they will be confiscated.
