Caroline Earp, the Exeter College Adviser linked with Cranbrook Education Campus is inviting our Year 10 and 11 families to Exeter College open evening tomorrow 4pm-8pm. See below for more information.
“As a College Adviser I can help students with their preparations for joining Exeter College after their GCSEs. I can help with queries regarding the courses on offer, entry requirements, the application and interview processes, travel, and the Exeter College academies, as well as student life and apprenticeships. Students will receive a copy of the new School Leavers’ Course Guide 2022/23, and more detailed course information is available on our website: www.exe-coll.ac.uk.
We will be holding several open events throughout Year 11, and these events are a great opportunity to learn what Exeter College has to offer. All courses will be represented at the first three open events, dates as follows, and we suggest students register in advance to find out which sites they can visit at each event: https://exe-coll.ac.uk/open-events/
There will be further events later in the academic year, although we encourage learners to attend at least one of these earlier events if possible.
We will hold interviews on a monthly basis from November onwards, therefore we recommend that students submit their application to college by around December/January which should allow plenty of time to attend an open event and research options before deciding on a course choice. This will then allow them to focus fully on their exams for the rest of the year. Students can apply online through the Exeter College website or obtain a paper copy of the application form from school.
I hope this information is useful, and please do not hesitate to contact me using the details below should you have any questions regarding Exeter College throughout the academic year.
