World Book Day 2017

Staff and students alike joined with much enthusiasm and creativity in celebrating World Book Day 2017. Our year 7s and 8s had great fun dressing up as characters from their favourite books. We had so many fantastic costumes from ranging from Juliet to Winnie-the-Pooh. Students also enjoyed an hour of reading in the Library in place of their usual English lesson.

Two of our students have made fantastic personal achievements with their reading skills and had an enjoyable session reading to primary children this afternoon.
