Today is Empathy Day!

On June 9th 2020, the Empathy Lab are encouraging us all to embrace reading as a way to develop a better understanding of others and their experiences of the world.

Research suggests that reading can be immensely powerful in helping to develop our brain’s sensitivity to others and its ability to empathise.

‘Empathy is a vital human force, creating happier children, stronger communities and a better world.

We’ve never needed it more than right now.’
