Explanation/Question/Challenge:

What is the present? Surely as soon as something has happened it becomes the past.  You reading this sentence has already become something that happened in the past!  We think about what our futures might look like and often we can be so desperate to get there and wish our life away.

• What is your favourite past memory? What is the thing you are most looking forward to in your future?
• What is your biggest distraction?
• What one thing would you enjoy doing with your family? (No limits on money, time etc.)
• Challenge yourself to take some time away from all screens and just be with friends and family. Do you think you could go a whole day without checking your phone and just spending time with those around you?
