Thought of the Week - Kindness, Goodness

We all know the importance of being kind, since we all know what it is like when someone is kind to us. Being kind is easy when we are in a good mood or we like the person we are showing kindness too. But there is something so powerful about being kind to people when we are angry or upset, especially when they are people we don’t like.


  1. Think of a time someone was really kind to you, how did it feel to be treated that way?
  2. Think of the last time you were angry, or unkind to someone. How could you have been kind to them instead?
  3. If you were to do one act of kindness a day, what would it be?
