Explanation/Question/Challenge:

The way we look on the outside may not always be the way we feel on the inside.  We can often put on a mask for when there are bad things happening in our life.  There are also times when we don’t want to be filled with joy if our friends are all having a good time.

• In a day how many different emotions do you think you feel?
• Do you ever mask how you are feeling? Why?
• How could you help to bring joy to the life of one of your friends?
