We humans have lost the wisdom of genuinely resting and relaxing. We worry too much. We don’t allow our bodies to heal, and we don’t allow our minds and hearts to heal.

Explanation / Question / Challenge

Life is busy and we often spend much of our free time in front of a screen of some sort, plus we’re constantly moving from one thing to the next. This impacts our health and our relationships (for example, think of a family round a dinner table where everyone looking at their phones instead of talking with each other).
