Ted Wragg Multi Academy Trust (TWMAT) Awards - Nov 2018

On 15th November 2018 the pupils below were awarded a Ted Wragg Multi Academy Trust (@tedwraggtrust) Award for either Academic Endeavour or Community Spirit/Contribution. We have just received the photos from the event and want to say another massive CONGRATULATIONS to our award winners.

Lily consistently demonstrates a real desire to improve her learning and to apply herself to make as much progress as possible. She is a truly inspiring learner and never gives anything less than 100% with a smile on her face.

For demonstrating our school values so brilliantly at all times, helping us create the school community and being a wonderful ambassador for the school when out in the community and wider areas.

Year 7 Academic Endeavour

 

Chanais West

Recommended by St Martins for her excellent academic endeavour, having the highest KS2 scaled score on entry and already achieving 133 house points.

Year 7 Community Contribution Sam Faulkner

Recommended by St Martins for his role supporting some children with guitar playing, and helped to manage children who were in distress. Sam has also achieved 209 house points since starting with us in September.

For having the top combined attainment and progress in Year 7 and achieving 590 house points over the year.

For organising the Force Cancer charity sports day and raising over £1000

Emilia Gale

For having the top combined attainment and progress in Year 8 and achieving 560 house points over the year

Year 9 Community Contribution Finola Dyer

successful CEC girl’s football team; she has participated in the Exmoor Youth Challenge 2018 and after 4 years of study and practice achieved her Black belt in Tae Kwon-Do. In addition to this, outside of school she is a committed and valued volunteer within her local Girl Guides organisation.

For braving the shave for Macmillan and representing the Campus during our summer showcase and during our armistice day special assembly.
