Pay Our School and Xpressions

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are writing to inform you of some changes that are going to happen in the coming weeks. We are going to be changing our cashless catering provider, which is currently Squid.

You are still able to use your child’s Squid account up until Friday 19th May. From the week beginning Monday 22nd May, we will be cash only whilst we make the transition from Squid to PayOurSchool. We would ask that if your child uses an ID card to pay for snacks or lunch, please provide them with cash. This applies to students who are in Years 3, 7 and 8.  We will do everything we can to support you through this transition.

If your child has Free School Meals, there will be no change, unless they spend over their lunch allowance.

Any money that is still on your child’s account, you will need to contact Squid directly on Customerservice@squidcard.com

Going forward, we require all of our parents/carers to download the Xpressions app or create an account using the internet. This platform will allow you to top up your child’s lunch money via PayOurSchool. PayOurSchool will be available for you to use after the May half term. We are also willing to support you with setup. Please pop into the Campus reception if you have any issues.
