Dr Bike with Adventurecise

On the 23^rd March Sustrans arranged for a visit from Tom Howe of Adventurecise to carry out free bike checks

for the senior students.

Students have been cycling in to school as part of The Big Pedal, a national cycle challenge to cycle or scoot to school as part of their school journey from the 20^th-31^st March.

Forms were filled in mentioning any alterations to parts of the bike; from adjustments to brakes and gears indexed.

Sustrans has also provided CEC with a track pump so that students are able to inflate their tyres when necessary.
